JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA. The Scion Group has been engaged by the Florida Coastal School of Law to conduct a feasibility study for student housing in two phases, including a Market and Demand Analysis followed by a Business Plan.
Scion’s work will include reviewing current institutional data and enrollment strategies, researching the local rental market and housing at competing institutions, and collecting feedback from various student cohorts and stakeholders. During the Business Plan phase, Scion will examine a building program that addresses market conditions and is aligned with School’s goals and parameters. Scion will create and evaluate various financial and delivery models.
The Florida Coastal School of Law is fully accredited by the ABA and offers a unique curriculum which allows students to align career goals with specialized areas of expertise and learning opportunities outside of the classroom.
