CLOVIS, CA. The Scion Group has been selected to conduct a student housing market and demand analysis for graduate student housing at California Health Sciences University, located in Clovis, California.
Scion’s services will include campus visits, stakeholder interviews, an off-campus rental market analysis, peer institutions review and an online student survey. Upon completion of the in-depth study, Scion will provide the University with recommendations for a project site, estimated construction costs, and implementations plans, in line with the institutional mission. The project would be the first graduate housing provided for students at the University.
