BERKELEY, CA. The Scion Group has been engaged by planning firm MIG, Inc. to provide a Student Housing Master Plan as part of a long-range development plan being prepared by MIG for the University of Wyoming. Scion will analyze current and future demand for student housing at the University and will examine potential renovation and new development, including mixed uses within student housing facilities.
Scion will provide a student housing historical survey analysis, a facility review of the University of Wyoming’s campus housing, an overview of the local student rental market, feedback from student focus group sessions and business planning and programming recommendations for future projects. “We’re excited to be working on the beautiful University of Wyoming campus and especially proud to work alongside our esteemed colleagues at MIG,” said Eric Luskin, Scion’s Senior Vice President.
