WALLA WALLA, WA. Walla Walla Community College Foundation (WWCCF) has engaged The Scion Group to perform a Student Housing Market and Demand Report with Financial Analysis for a potential new on-campus student housing project.
Scion will conduct a visioning workshop, hold stakeholder interviews and group sessions, analyze the off-campus rental market, review housing at peer institutions and conduct an online survey of current students’ housing preferences.
Located less than ten miles from the Washington-Oregon state line, Walla Walla Community College enrolls nearly 10,000 students. Founded in 1967, its campus covers approximately 130 acres and extends facilities and programs across four county districts. The College currently offers over 120 degrees and certificates in 89 programs of study.
