New Platforms Enhance Scion Employee Experience

The Scion Group has again demonstrated its commitment to the employee experience by implementing new technology platforms to foster collaboration and to facilitate individual development.

In Scion’s twice-yearly employee experience survey, team members asked for improved processes to enable productivity and for visibility into personal development toward career goals. To help fulfill these requests, Scion added these important tools: ClickUp and Lattice.

ClickUp centralizes project management for efficient coordination and timely delivery. “ClickUp has empowered us with efficient problem-solving, real-time data visualization and a wide range of features such as automation, dashboards and cross-collaboration,” said Terrance Roberson, Operations Manager. “Scion’s addition of ClickUp has enhanced our team’s collaboration and productivity.”

Lattice provides personalized development tools, encourages frequent and timely supervisor feedback and creates a clearer connection between personal and company goals, as well as tracking progress toward those goals. Martina Luskin, Scion’s Director of Talent, noted Lattice’s simple user interface and automated reminders. “We’ve heard from team members who have adopted this tool that they’re having more meaningful conversations with their managers and collaborators,” said Luskin. “We’re building out the Lattice ‘Grow’ feature for launch later this year, which will provide team members with greater visibility for reaching long-term career goals here at Scion.”
