CHICAGO, IL. The Scion Group has announced the opening of advisory services offices in Irvine, California and Toronto, Ontario. The company has also announced the promotion of Kim Wright to Director, Advisory Services and director of the Irvine office. Sarah Samuels, Director, Advisory Services, will lead the Toronto office.
The opening of a Toronto office coincides with Scion’s recent completion of an engagement on its eleventh campus in Canada and the commencement of pre-opening property operations for two new student residences in Toronto. The Irvine office opens at a time when Scion has been awarded a management consulting engagement at Pepperdine University and has been named to the “bench” to provide real estate advisory services to the Los Angeles Community College District.
“Establishing a permanent presence on the west coast and in Canada reflects our commitment to grow our advisory services practice in these important markets,” said Robert Bronstein, Scion’s President. “This focus is underscored by our appointment of Sarah Samuels and Kim Wright, who have been central to the dramatic growth of our advisory practice, to lead these offices.”
