Scion Welcomes Largest Class of New Team Members

With the continued expansion of The Scion Group, the company has welcomed more than 250 new employees within the first five months of 2022. Among these additions are the following new members of the leadership team:

Kimberlee Boyd, Director, Learning and Development, leads the development of a new comprehensive training program and is responsible for managing a team of specialized trainers. Kimberlee has over ten years of leadership experience and will help create and define the Scion training experience.

Keith Radke, Regional Facilities Manager, joins Scion’s Facilities and Capital team. With over three decades of experience in all aspects of managing suburban and Chicago office buildings, Keith is now responsible for maintaining a portfolio-wide preventative maintenance program and developing Scion’s training curriculum for maintenance and facilities team members nationwide.

Ted Rischer, Vice President, P3 Advising and Analysis, works with Scion’s Advisory Services team to provide advice for student housing, public-private partnership development and financial consulting. Calling on more than 20 years of experience, George will help lead Scion’s growing public-private partnership advisory practice and oversee financial analysis for Scion’s advisory clients.

Alan Singer, Vice President, Leasing and Sales, joined Scion’s Centralized Sales team at its Chicago office. With over 22 years of experience in a high-level sales and in leadership positions, Alan will oversee the high-achieving Sales team in its perennial journey toward leasing the company’s portfolio to 100%.

Laura Lynn Thompson, Regional Manager, applies more than seven years of student housing experience to manage operations for a portfolio of six communities.
